After a long wait, our laser laboratory finally received its laser.
The Discovery NX femtosecond laser from Coherent will operate with a pulse picker and second-harmonic generator from APE. Together, the system will provide approximately 100-femtosecond pulses from 330 to 1300 nm over a wide range of repetition rates for macroscopic and microscopic spectroscopy.
